Scrolls are intended to recognize and honor individuals or organizations for their contributions to Los Angeles County.

If you are a constituent of the Fourth District, you can apply for a scroll at the Constituent Scroll Request form below. If you are an LA County employee, please use the County Department Scroll Request.

Requests are required a minimum of four weeks before the date needed. A request does not guarantee a scroll.
