POSTPONED: Hahn's Long Beach Food Giveaway Rescheduled to November 21 Due to Storm
November 13, 2025
5,000 families served so far at first two giveaway events

Long Beach, CA – Today, Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn is announcing that her free food giveaway in Long Beach, previously planned for this Friday, will be postponed one week to Friday, November 21. The postponement comes as the region is expected to receive heavy rain through the weekend.
The location for the giveaway will remain the same: Long Beach City College’s Veterans Memorial Stadium, with participants asked to enter through E Conant Street. This will be the third of four food giveaways that Hahn holds. Her first was at Pico Rivera Sports Arena on November 8 and her most recent was held yesterday at LA Harbor College in Wilmington. Both events served approximately 2,500 families. Hahn is holding the giveaways in partnership with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
There are no eligibility requirements to receive the groceries, and no identification is required.
