Supervisor Hahn and Dodger Legends, to Kick-Off Opening Day, Urge Fans to Take Metro’s Dodger Stadium Express

Harbor Gateway, CA—On Thursday March 29, Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn will hold a press conference at the Harbor Gateway Transit Center to celebrate her successful efforts working with Metro to secure the funding needed to continue the Dodger Stadium Express service for the 2018 season.  The Supervisor will take this opportunity to urge South Bay Dodger fans to use this easy, free Metro service to get to Dodger Stadium this season.

After the press conference, Metro, Supervisor Hahn, and the LA Dodgers have organized a rider appreciation event for fans taking the Dodger Stadium Express to Opening Day.  Dodger legends Manny Mota and Mickey Hatcher will be there to take photos with fans and hand out Dodger gear.   Both Mota and Hatcher will be taking the Dodger Stadium Express and a few lucky riders will get the chance of a lifetime to ride to the game with their Dodger heroes!

The first Dodger Stadium Express bus will leave at 1:08 pm.  Ticketholders for the Opening Day game can ride for free.
