Kelvin Driscoll joins Supervisor Hahn’s team with nearly ten years of non-profit management and public sector experience in the areas of behavioral health, homelessness, ex-offender re-entry, social services, and human resources. Most recently, Kelvin completed Los Angeles County’s Management Fellowship program. As a member of the inaugural fellowship cohort, with the County’s Department of Human Resources, Kelvin’s program oversight responsibilities included executive performance and the County’s Proposition 47 and My Brother’s Keeper initiatives.
Prior to joining Los Angeles County, Mr. Driscoll worked with the Homeless Outreach Program, a South Los Angeles non-profit organization. As Senior Manager for Division Operations, Mr. Driscoll shared oversight responsibilities for the $6-million, 60 employee division.
Kelvin was raised in the 4th Supervisorial District, and attended Tetzlaff Middle and Artesia High Schools. Kelvin is a graduate of the University of Southern California ’07 (BA) and ’09 (MSW, MPA), and a former Adjunct Lecturer for the USC School of Social Work’s graduate program and Long Beach City College’s Human Services Division.
